Incrementum Advisory Group are excited to monitor the progress of the Western Bulldogs' revamped consumer team in 2025.
With just a couple of weeks until their Round 1 match against North Melbourne, the Western Bulldogs' membership numbers and membership revenue are significantly up on previous years.
Incrementum Advisory Group were engaged throughout the 2024 AFL season to support the Bulldogs in the development of a consumer-growth strategy, which included a detailed review of strategy, structure, products and pricing.
A key pillar of the growth strategy was the identification of improved usage of Level 2 match-day inventory at Marvel Stadium to deliver an enhanced experience and greater value for Bulldogs' members and player sponsors, whilst increasing the profitability in the area for the Western Bulldogs.
Western Bulldogs CEO Ameet Bains highlighted the importance of collaboration between the Club's consumer team and Incrementum Advisory Group to ensure sustainable growth.
"Notwithstanding the strong consumer growth our Club has experienced over recent years, we wanted to ensure this was sustainable into the future to ensure we could deliver the very best consumer program for our members, given the extremely competitive nature of our business," Bains said.
"Cain’s contribution to some of the most successful consumer programs in Australian sport is undeniable and his support and counsel to our team across the 2024 season has been a catalyst for the impressive start our consumer team has made in 2025."
The Bulldogs have launched their new game-day product for members on Level 2 at Marvel Stadium with a high proportion of Reserved Seat members already upgrading to the new package.
The 'Legends+' membership is now open to other Bulldogs members and supporters.
