Incrementum Advisory Group and WA Cricket celebrate three successful seasons

With summer now officially over and another cricket season coming to a close, Incrementum Advisory Group take great pride in reflecting on the three-year partnership with the Western Australia Cricket Association (WA Cricket).
WA Cricket is the governing body of cricket in WA. Importantly they are also the custodians of the famous WACA Ground as well as the Perth Scorchers - the most successful men’s Big Bash League team of all time.
Incrementum Advisory Group were originally engaged to provide consumer expertise to WA Cricket, with particular focus on the membership programs of both the WACA and the Perth Scorchers.
This engagement was expanded in year two to also include the establishment of the Perth Scorchers Institute of Sports and Business: a fully integrated education and sports industry program, delivered in partnership with Murdoch University.
Incrementum Advisory Group's role with WA Cricket further expanded in year three where Director Cain Liddle sat on the panel to appoint an operator for the brand new aquatic facility and community health club, currently being built at the WACA Ground.

Across the three years, Incrementum Advisory Group have supported WA Cricket to achieve the following results across the three respective projects.
Consumer Growth: 23% growth across WACA membership and 166% growth across Perth Scorchers membership which has helped to deliver record home crowds across both test matches and Big Bash games in WA.
Education: Successful establishment and launch of the Perth Scorchers Institute of Sports and Business, in partnership with Murdoch University, with almost 150 potential students having already registered their interest for the inaugural program to kick off in 2026.
Leisure: Expert panel member to support in the tender assessment and subsequent appointment of the operator to manage the brand-new aquatic facility and community health club at the WACA Ground.
WACA Chief Operating Officer Justin Michael shared his appreciation for the work that Incrementum Advisory Group have done for the WACA.
“Incrementum have been instrumental in supporting our off-field growth across the last three seasons," Michael said.
"In all projects they have been involved in, they have over-delivered on our expectations.
