Incrementum Advisory Group has extended its partnership with SEN Teams following the successful completion of an initial Consumer Growth Sprint Project with the Melbourne Mavericks.
The Sprint focused on identifying and implementing opportunities across membership, ticketing and broader consumer strategy, with Incrementum working alongside the SEN consumer team to turn recommendations into practical growth initiatives.
The implementation of these strategies has contributed to significant growth in paid membership and revenue, with the initial Sprint now evolving into an ongoing partnership.
Richard Simkiss, CEO of SEN Teams, said:
"Incrementum quickly became an extension of our team. Their combination of strategic thinking and practical implementation has delivered genuine results across our consumer program, and we're excited to continue working together."
Daniel Giese, Chief Results Officer at Incrementum, said:
"We're really proud of what we've achieved alongside the SEN consumer team. To see the initial Sprint deliver tangible results and now develop into an ongoing partnership is incredibly rewarding. We look forward to continuing to support the growth of SEN's netball and WNBL consumer programs."
